Rates/Payment Information
Fall / Winter / Spring 2011/2012 $545 per weekday night, $595 per weekend night, $2995 per week.
Summer 2012 (6-1-11 to 9-1-11) $3495 per week, extra nights $595 per night
$1000 refundable security deposit for stay required to confirm and hold reservation. Complete balance for stay due 60 days prior to arrival. Three night minimum stay requested. Stays less than three nights considered on a case by case basis, and are subject to an additional laundry fee. Holiday stays are $595 per night. All rates are subject to 6% MI. tax
